(Physiological Training must be made to include information dissemination of vital medical knowledge, and these must be carried out by doctors during both formal and informal contacts with aircrew, although structured courses on physiological training such as hypoxia/decompression experience, disorientation- simulator experience, and ejection-seat experience at Aviation Medicine training centres will remain the mainstay of such aircrew-education)
